Planning a smaller intimate wedding in Essex?
A special intimate wedding at the beautiful
Maison Talbooth wedding venue in Debham, Essex.
That’s what the gorgeous Alex and Ross decided to do! They got married at Maison Talbooth in Debham, Essex followed by afternoon tea and relaxing in the spa. Sounds perfect doesn’t it! And it was. Intimate wedding photography is my jam!

Thank you Frankie for capturing our wedding day so perfectly! You made us feel totally at ease and you were brilliant throughout the day. You have produced beautiful, professional images for us to treasure! We really can’t recommend you enough. You are polite, personable, professional and obviously your photos are great!
Alex + Ross
Your wedding photography doesn’t have to be big and extravagant if you don’t want it to be. You can do whatever you want for your big day. And intimate wedding photography is totally my jam! Having a smaller wedding was absolutely amazing. Ross and Alex wanted to have a more intimate ceremony, surrounded by the most important people in their lives. No distractions and no stress. They didn’t want to put on a big event so they decided to say their vows with just Ross’ two children present along with Alex’s sister and her partner to be their witnesses. I thought it was totally brilliant. They had only their most fav people there and they got to spend quality time with them all.
Ross’ daughter had a pink lace bridesmaid dress which matched the lace detail on Alex’s wedding dress as well as matching flower crowns! Ross and his son we wearing matching suits and they both looked totally dapper! Alex and Ross decided they wanted to do things their way – they saw each other before the ceremony for a romantic walk around the grounds as the kids ran across the beautiful gardens. Ross and Alex even walked up the aisle together! It was perfect (even when Ross’ phone went off during their vows haha!)
It just goes to show you can have the wedding of your dreams whether that’s a big extravagant ceremony with all of your friends and family or a more intimate day with just the people who mean the most to you. It’s your day so do it your way and don’t feel you have to stick to the “normal” traditions!
